Build
Production system, daily commits, weekly demos. You see it grow in real time.
Week 7
Harden
Load tests, cost tuning, monitoring, runbooks, on-call doc. Boring but essential.
Week 8
Handoff
Pairing sessions, recorded walkthroughs, and a 30-day check-in to make sure it stuck.
