AI Handy was started in 2026 by engineers who got tired of watching consulting firms charge seven figures for AI strategy decks that shipped exactly nothing. We're the opposite of that. Small team. Senior people. Working code by week one.

Most AI projects fail not because the models can't do the job, but because the system around the model was never built.
No evals. No retrieval layer. No guardrails. No monitoring. No one on call when the LLM starts hallucinating at 2am. That's not a model problem — that's an engineering problem.
We're an engineering firm that happens to specialize in AI. We treat models like dependencies — they need to be tested, versioned, monitored, and replaced when something better comes along. The hard parts are the boring parts, and we love the boring parts.
